In the dark restaurant „Sinneswandel“ you enjoy selected 3 or 4 course meals in absolute darkness which do not impress with optical stimulus but excites unexpected culinary delights. There is something for each taste: For meat addicted or fish lovers and also for those who prefer the vegetarian cuisine. The special highlight and a test for the gustative nerve is the enjoy of the surprise meal.

The unforgettable journey starts with a delicious aperitif and the choice of the meal in the atmospheric illuminated “WandelBar”. With the entrance in the darkness you are encrusted in the care of a visually handicapped waiter. He guides the guest to the table, serves meals and drinks, provides assistance and brings you back to light if desired. An aromatic espresso or a flavoursome Single Malt represents the equivalent ending of an unusually evening.

A varied buffet awaits you every second Sunday of the month in our atmospheric illuminated WandelBar. This is complemented by various egg dishes and an exquisite selection of vegetarian, fish and meat dishes, which are freshly prepared by our kitchen team according to your wishes.
