At the Striezelmarkt, the Dresden Information team welcomes tourists and Dresdeners in the festively decorated pavilion. The pavilion is located in the area of the show workshops and is open for the entire duration of the Striezelmarkt.

The range includes Christmas gift ideas, tours, experience offers and numerous Striezelmarkt souvenirs. These include the Striezelmarkt cups, the zero euro note with Striezelmarkt motif and the Striezeltaler. These special coins are popular with collectors, but are also used as a regular means of payment at the Striezelmarkt. Each Taler has an equivalent value of one euro and can be redeemed at all Striezelmarkt traders.

News 2025: At the Striezelpavillon of the Dresden Information, visitors can use the Christmas mailbox for sending postcards this year. Children can drop off their wish lists and letters to Santa. At the Pavillon, postcards can be stamped with the First Day of Issue postmark – a highlight for collectors. The exclusive Striezelmarkt commemorative stamp and matching postcards are also available.
